Ciao, I'm Dante, Italian dude based in Berlin.
I am a Senior Product Designer currently solving problems with cool people at Onefootball
Previously, I've had the pleasure to contribute in building things at SHADO and HERE Technologies. In the past years I've been developing a very hybrid approach towards designing for digital products, and this of course allows me to easily connect all the dots around business values and objectives, as well as the technical aspects, strongly advocating for the user.
I am a proud IUAV Interaction Design Program alumnus.
I've been wrapping my brain around several things lately...
A PPV model for football matches on digital devices, as well as a new website experience for football passionates, an IoT system for an international clothing brand.
Previously, I've been contributing as a UI Designer on an in-car navigation system for a famous car maker. I've been also involved in a PoC for the Automotive Industry based on an SDK platform shown to international fairs.
Looking way back, I used to be in love with physical computing, and that drove me in creating my thesis project for divorced parents and the relations with their children.
I believe in few things, and I stick to them as much as possible
• Keep it simple
• Follow processes, follow steps
• Get the big picture, chunk it into pieces
• Accept failure, learn from your mistakes
• Data informs, does not drive
• Take feedback seriously
• Learn to say no sometimes (you can’t do everything)
In my spare time, I keep myself busy with lots of things
I’m a vinyl digger, sometimes I spin them unsuccessfully in WG parties.
I like to ride my bike around Berlin, chill in parks around the city or on some rooftops. I draw inconstantly, but I started again to play my guitar everyday.
I was born and raised in South Italy, so I can tell you what’s the best neapolitan pizza in Berlin. As an Italian cliché, I’m very comfortable behind a kitchen. When possible, I follow my fav football team <3
Still here?
Let’s grab a coffe then
